Vi's Extra Hot Mustard is the same recipe as the Original but with the addition of enough Ghost Pepper to add a little heat . The slow build of heat from the peppers doesn't linger for long and packs a medium heat. This mustard is perfect on Burgers, BLTs and a wide variety of sandwiches both hot and cold. Excellent on Pizza.
